Vaccinations...

Good day folks! I am now writing this with a 'hole' in my left arm. You guys might think like, "Wait, why does he have a 'hole' in his arm?" Well, that's because, I recently got my first Covid-19 vaccine.

Yeah, now teenagers in Malaysia (which includes me), can now get their Covid-19 vaccines! Yesterday, my mother brought me to Chung Hua Zhong Xue, which is a government school, to receive my first dose. But then, just a few hours before we went out... We just realized, that my ID is missing.

Yes, just RIGHT before we went out, my ID was nowhere to found. We had a hard time searching for it, we looked through the drawers, on the shelves, in random bags, in wallets, even in and rooms just to find my ID.

But after what felt like hours (I don't know, maybe it were hours...), we knew that it was hopeless, my mother called my father that if he had my IC with him, but he said that he doesn't. And at that moment, we knew, that it was hopeless. Fortunately, my mother (for some reason) had a picture of my ID in her phone. And we were SO relieved! Because I could not get the vaccine without it!

There were a dangerously huge amounts of teenagers with their parents lining up at the entrance, of course, we would need to scan the barcodes before entering, then we would have to wait a long line just to scan our temperatures. The wind was abnormally huge at that few moments, to the point that a thermal camera, started to wobble a little.

The campus actually reminded of those days when I was in primary school, I used to to Hin Hua, also a government school, everyone there mostly spoke Chinese, it was basically a school that ruled by the Chinese government, Lol, of course it is not owned by the Chinese government.

After moments of waiting, we reached the hall and started to wait again. Then the nurses would need my information, like am I allergic to something or am I not feeling well lately. They said that I will be getting 'Pfizer' , there were many types of vaccines, right? And I will be receiving 'Pfizer'.

Then it was time, we went to separate mini rooms, and there was a nurse, she asked me like, "Hey, which is your dominant hand?" Me, like most people, are right-handed. And then, it happened. The nurse injected my left hand, and it, unlike other injections that I took, lasted for a few more seconds! I was like, "Holy Sweet Mother of God! That was that the weirdest injection that I had took in my life!"  After that, the nurse took a piece of cotton, and used a tape to glue it to the wound.

Now, I'm expecting any side effects to happen. Right now, my left hand hurts at the part where the injection happened, but I think that's the only one I'm experiencing right now. Thank you all so much for hearing my first story, which is not the 'Stories from Paxsalam'. And stay safe out there guys!
